UK Customers

Prices for UK customers are inclusive of VAT

EU European Customers

The price you see is the price you pay, we now offer a Delivery Duties Paid service to all of our customers in Europe.

This means that, when you order from us:

• We collect the VAT and duty, you will not pay anything further for your order
• We send your order through the express “duty paid” channels
• The price you pay us is the total price for your order, no delays and no additional charges

USA Customers

For USA customers we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where we pay the tariff charge up front, so you will not be charged an import fee

 

Rest of World

We do not charge VAT on any of our products outside of the UK, so depending on the order value you may be charged Duty/VAT on the product value plus a customs fee by your countries customs. If you would rather pay the VAT up front then please purchase from our Etsy or eBay stores
